With his debut release on Steyoyoke, Oliver Winters offers up a storm in rhythmically complex; yet, intrinsically melodic techno. Capturing a sense of mystique in the afterhours, he injects excitement and curiosity into Call After Dark.

Introducing us with the title track, “Call After Dark”, we enter a world of whirling sonic palettes. Finding ourselves lost in the sound we take refuge in the songs pulsating hypnotism. “Walls” presents rapturing force in its ability to liberate those on the dancefloor. Closing with a remix of “Walls” by Strinner, the original is stripped back to its fundamental elements. What we get is a fantastically raw take on what makes the original so incredible.
